  • Clients can set up a weekly, biweekly or monthly cadence for regular maintenance. The frequency depends on the overall goals for your property.

  • We do regular maintenance, property clean ups and as needed projects. 

  • For regular maintenance requests, our schedule gets full by the end of March. It is best to contact us well in advance if you want to get on the maintenance schedule. For other projects or clean up requests, you can contact us any time but availability is more limited in the growing season. We do our best to accommodate your projects in the timeline you need it done by.

  • Yes, we can maintain your property without the use of chemicals. We can discuss during the quoting process what kind of results you would get as well as the time commitment it takes to maintain an organic property. 

  • No, we do not require a contract. Billing is done after the completion of each month (for maintenance customers) or the project. 

  • This depends on the size of your property and your overall goals. During the dormant season, we can continue to do check ups on a less frequent basis or we can skip those weeks/months and start up again during the growing season. 

  • The total for your regular maintenance and/or project is determined by a customized quote. Before we do any work on your property we will discuss the estimated charges with you.
